Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
How to return an item
All items must be in the original, unopened package to be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect. You must return the item within 30 days of purchase.
Please email to request a refund and we will assign a tracking number.

Include in your package: the original receipt and a signed letter stating the reason for the return.
Return exceptions
Any merchandise produced exclusively for you as a custom job cannot be returned.
Re-stocking fee
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If you wish to exchange your item for an item of a different design or style, you will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you must still pay any applicable return shipping fees.
Accepted methods of payment: credit card (Visa, Master Card).
Your credit card will be charged when you submit your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded. All pricing is in USD.
